Charcoal Skewers
2 minute readSometimes simple and healthy meals are the best. Everything tastes good from a campfire, and things taste even better when cooked over charcoal.

CHARCOAL
The charcoal takes about 30 minutes to get red hot, a starter makes this job easy. We also use a BBQ box, the grill is great and it allows for the charcoal bed to be raised and lowered to adjust the heat.

SKEWERS
We usually get our butcher to dice and cryovac the chicken to make it easy. So chop the veggies and thread them on the skewers. These double pronged skewers make it possible to load up larger pieces without everything just spinning around.


GRILL
Now simply grill and enjoy straight from the coals!
